RMT victory - Arwyn Thomas reinstated

Following an employment tribunal ruling that London Underground train driver Arwyn Thomas was unfairly dismissed, negotiations between the RMT union and London Underground bosses took place in which Arwyn's reinstatement was agreed.

This climbdown by LU bosses was under pressure of the prospect of continued industrial action by the RMT, insisting on the reinstatement of Arwyn.
