Bolton university managers remove elected student president
University managers at the University of Bolton have deposed the democratically-elected President of the Students' Union, Shana Begum.
They have cut her off from access to the whole university and its facilities, including email, and have replaced her with a university-employed "chief operating officer" who is also a close friend of the Vice-Chancellor.
