At the annual Heeley Festival in Sheffield, Socialist Party members held a stall and had a great day.
We raised £176 for our fighting fund from plant sales by Liz ‘green fingers’ Morton!
We also had 2 people apply to join the party and sold 12 papers.
Any other branches with keen gardeners should note that this is a good way of raising fighting fund money – as well as attracting local people to stalls.
