Huddersfield and Halifax Socialist Party: Marxism and War

Thursday 9th February 2017, 7.15pm

Irish Centre, Fitzwilliam Street, Huddersfield HD1 5BB

2017 begins where 2016 left off, with unending conflict in the Middle East, and with war clouds hanging over the Pacific region and Nato forces building on the Russian border. Is war always inherent in the capitalist world and can we ever achieve world peace?
