Time to Fight Back: demonstrate at TUC conference

WORKERS WANT a way to defend jobs, rights and wages against the bosses and the recession. Socialists want to make sure that workers’ voices are clearly heard outside this year’s TUC Congress in Liverpool, which brings together delegates from across the trade union movement from 14 to 17 September.

That is why the “Time to Fight Back” demonstration is important, the day before TUC starts, on Sunday 13 September. Called by Liverpool trades council, already the demonstration is backed by other local trades councils, the PCS Young Members’ Network, the National Shop Stewards Network and more. If you’re in a union or another organisation/campaign, get it to mobilise for this march!

For leaflets, information, and/or to add your organisation’s support, contact Liverpool Trades Council secretary Mark Hoskisson at [email protected]
