Members of Unite, the union formed through the merger of Amicus and the Transport and General Workers' Union (TGWU), are currently being balloted on the proposed rules accepted by its joint executive council in April, writes Kevin Parslow, secretary, Unite branch 1/1228, personal capacity. 11 June 2008 Drivers at Brighton and Hove Buses which is run by Go Ahead, have voted to take six days of strike action on consecutive Mondays beginning on 20 June.
