The packed NSSN fringe meeting at Bakers Union conference
The packed NSSN fringe meeting at Bakers Union conference

We’re campaigning for better pay and conditions and for BFAWU recognition at Ginsters and all Samworth Brothers sites nationwide.

Samworth Brothers has a turnover of over a billion pounds, and doesn’t pay its workers a living wage, full sick pay or recognise a trade union.

They employ over 10,000 workers and supply their products to Tesco, Sainsbury’s and many more large supermarket chains.

Their brands include Melton Mowbury, Ginsters, Soreen and the West Cornwall Pasty Company. Many outlets such as Londis, Urban Eat and Budgens are owned by Samworths.

All we ask is that the workers get a fair slice of the pie and BFAWU recognition. Please: Join our campaign, sign the petition and donate if possible.
