Hated prime minister Rishi Sunak has called a general election for 4 July. Millions will relish the opportunity to register the hatred of the Tories at the ballot box. But Keir Starmer’s Labour doesn’t fight for our interests.
The working class is going into this election without its own mass political voice. But we can still fight for workers’ interests and for a socialist alternative to capitalist crisis and war.

Help fund the Socialist Party election stand
The Socialist Party is preparing to stand 30 to 40 candidates as part of the Trade Unionist and Socialist Coalition (TUSC) in the general election. We need to grasp every opportunity in the general election to build support for socialist ideas.
For every candidate we want to stand we need a £500 deposit. And we need the money to produce leaflets for the Royal Mail freepost, which we can send to every home in each constituency we stand in – a minimum of £700 for 40,000 A5 leaflets.
A minimum target of £50,000 is necessary.
If you agree that we need socialist ideas to be heard, and for an alternative to Sunak and Starmer – donate to us today.
