Keir Starmer recently called himself a “progressive socialist”.
I consider it a cheek for a man like him to deem himself a socialist! What we have seen throughout the last few of years, is him and Rishi Sunak, the soon-to-be former prime minister put forward nearly identical policies and views on the issues of housing, shopping, student loans, and a plethora of other difficulties we face, because of the long-awaited removed Conservative Party.
Starmer is no socialist! He has shown us time in and time out that he is practically a Tory himself and a liar as much as Sunak. He is not a progressive socialist, he is in fact a regressive capitalist like the others who have been in power for decades.
If he really was a socialist, he would not have played his part in expelling Jeremy Corbyn other left-wing members from the Labour Party, or allowed the ex-Tory politicians to enter the party that once stood for the workers.
If Keir Starmer doesn’t know what socialism is, what does that tell you about the possible lack of knowledge the politicians of Labour and others know either?
We need a mass party for the workers, the real people who run the nation.
