Over 200 members of the Fire Brigades Union (FBU) and their families lobbied the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service HQ in Carmarthen. The imposition of new shift patterns will directly affect family lives and caring responsibilities. The FBU was also demanding management take concrete steps after a recently published damning cultural review.
The crowd encircled the building where talks were taking place, chanting ‘Not on our watch – Nid ar ein’.
