Terrorism strengthens USA

IT IS possible that, angry and frustrated at the way Bush and Blair have ignored the anti-war movement, a minority may turn to the methods of terrorism.

In the Middle East, if not in Britain, support for terrorism will undoubtedly increase. But it is not an effective way of defeating Bush and Blair.

11 September showed graphically that terrorism, especially where it kills innocent people, strengthens the position of US imperialism, which uses terrorism to try to justify their brutal repression and wars.
