Campaign for a new workers' party
TOMMY SHERIDAN (on behalf of the Scottish socialist movement 'Solidarity') has agreed to speak at the Merseyside Campaign for a New Workers' Party (CNWP) meeting on Monday 12 February, 7.30pm, Casa Club, 29 Hope St., Liverpool city centre.
Actor Ricky Tomlinson, one of those building workers known as the Shrewsbury pickets who was jailed in the 1970s for peaceful industrial action, will speak about the campaign to clear their name.
