Campaigners in Nigeria have scandalously been put on trial for treason, which carries the death penalty. This includes Michael Lenin, a member of the Democratic Socialist Movement – the Socialist Party’s sister party in Nigeria.
The trial was due to start that day. But, under pressure, the regime has pushed that back until 26 March.
