A declassified US intelligence report says Iran halted a programme to build nuclear weapons in 2003.
The National Intelligence Estimate's conclusion from reviewing all of the US's spy agencies says that Iran has not restarted the programme.
However, as the bloody war in Iraq demonstrates, intelligence has never been a strong suit for George W Bush!
